This Sunday 14th December will be IAA's end of year concert celebration! Featuring some of the best up-and-coming talent, it will be a night to remember! We will have Thanh Bui performing with his band, as well as special guest Mike Snell direct from the hit musical "Wicked". Wow - it's been a journey for IAA director Thanh Bui! As you may have followed, Thanh made it to the Top 8 of this year's Australian Idol - although disappointed to have ended his run on the show, he is excited about what the future holds and will be releasing an album next year, so WATCH THIS SPACE! Thanh's success and exposure is incredibly inspiring to all the students at IAA and he continues to work hard in developing young talent and paving the way to success!

IAA is proud to announce its relationship with FX Entertainment, one of Melbourne's premier entertainment agencies (www.fxentertainment.net). Director, Rearna Constantine, is one of the most well-respected entertainment figures in the industry, and we will be working closely to give IAA students the opportunity to perform at various gigs both locally, nationally and internationally.

IAA, with Yin Yang Productions, has secured its first NO 1 Album in Japan through the band ARASHI. Set to sell platinum, this band continues to be one of Japan's biggest selling acts.

IAA is very proud to be sponsoring Highpoint's Star Search Competition. This is a fantastic competition, now in its 20th Year, that gives up-and-coming talent an opportunity to perform on the same stage as Christina Aquilera, the Veronicas etc Past winners have been No. 1 selling artists Anthony Callea and Vanessa Amorossi - visit www.highpoint.com.au for more information.

Congratulations to IAA student Mike Snell who has recently landed strong roles in both The Boy from Oz (starring Hugh Jackman) and Miss Saigon which is currently touring around Australia.
